What if I am running late to my appointment?

We recommend that you call as soon as you know you are running late. If our provider's schedule allows, we will push back your appointment to accommodate. If we are unable to do so, we will hold your appointment for 10 minutes. If you arrive after the 10-minute window we will consider the appointment broken and you will be charged the missed appointment fee.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If the cancelation or reschedule is outside 48 hours of your appointment there is no fee. If it is within 48 hours of your appointment there will be a fee. The fee is $1 per minute of the original appointment. This fee is in consideration to time the doctors has now lost as well as your fellow patients that could have been seen.

Does your office provide special needs accommodation?

We offer a calm, comfortable environment for your appointment. You can choose from a variety of accommodations, including a quiet room, a weighted blanket, a papoose, or stress-relief toys. Our office is also staffed with specially trained doctors and hygienists, and we are equipped to provide nitrous oxide (commonly known as laughing gas) should it be needed, for added comfort during your visit.

How do I transition from pediatrics to adult?

Patients who turn 18 have the option to transfer to our adult department. However, at the age of 20, patients must be seen by our adult department unless specifically allowed by a pediatric doctor. To do so, you can speak to the front desk, or call in and you will be sent our department transition paperwork.

How can I schedule my appointment?

We do not currently offer online scheduling. Appointments can be made over the phone, in person, or over text. Some appointments may be too difficult to fully book over text and a call might become necessary.
