Covid 19 Updates

October 24, 2022
To our valued Patients & Families,
We continue to follow the guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) as it pertains to health care facilities:

  • Face coverings or masks are no longer required inside our practice for all patients & families. Our employees and vendors will continue to wear masks while in the building, as this is the current mandate from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
  • Our waiting room is now open to patients and their family members. We ask that only one parent or guardian accompany patients under the age of 18 to their appointment. Patients may also chose wait in their vehicles if they would prefer.
  • We will continue to use text communication for the check-in process. If you have not provided our front desk staff with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message, we ask that you update your records with our Patient Relations team. Our clinic team may also use that number to communicate information about your child’s dental care, to schedule follow-up visits or request payment for services if you chose not to come into the building during the appointment.
  • We are asking all patients to self-assess for ANY symptoms of illness prior to their appointment and to reschedule if they have any symptoms.

As updated guidance from the CDC and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health evolve, we will revise our procedures accordingly. In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns prior to, during or after your visit, please give us a call and our Patient Relations team will assist you.
We look forward to seeing you at your next dental appointment!
