Dear Friends & Families,

We sincerely appreciate your tolerance to scheduling changes during this difficult time. We have been working constantly to update and change our practice setting and staffing in response to what is safest for our valued patients throughout the pandemic. We are happy to share that starting in August, we will be able to honor a majority of appointments that were scheduled prior to our COVID-19 closure back in March.

We understand that changes to protocols and scheduling may be frustrating for some of our patients and families. Like all healthcare facilities across the globe, we have had to make some very difficult decisions in order to keep our Patients, Employees, and Community safe during the pandemic. Like you, we hope to return to life as we knew it prior to COVID-19, however we will continue to follow all guidelines and recommendations by our governing agencies, in an effort to keep our Community as healthy and safe as possible.

Beginning this week, our Patient Relations Team will begin confirming appointments for the month of August, and rescheduling the sporadic appointments for which we do not have the ability to accommodate. We will continue to follow all safety regulations including a mandatory wellness screening for each patient, which must be completed when the appointment is confirmed, and again on the day of the dental appointment. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we do everything possible to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

When you arrive in our parking lot, please remain in your vehicle. You will receive a text message from us 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to which we ask that you reply that you have arrived. Our front desk team will alert you when it is time to approach the door, and our Greeter will provide a brief health screening before they escort you to your appointment.

Children under 10 years old may be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For children attending their appointment unaccompanied, please consider sending them with a cell phone so that the doctor can call you with any questions or concerns while you wait in your vehicle.

Natick Dental Partners was originally created to provide the Natick community and surrounding towns with comprehensive pediatric dental care. Founded in 1977, as one of the first dental practices to combine pediatric dentistry and orthodontics in the state, our practice has evolved over the last 43 years to provide full service comprehensive dental care for the entire family.

As our patients have grown, they have remained patients, loyal to our practice through the years. In response to the needs of our family of patients, our dental services now include: teen dentistry, adult dentistry, adult orthodontics and endodontic care.

Our goal is to provide dental education and the resources necessary to have a healthy mouth for life, beginning with our preschool educational program. Our highly trained staff strives to maintain a caring environment that is respectful of all people, while providing the best dental services possible with genuine enthusiasm, warmth and commitment to quality.
