Welcome to Natick Dental Partners!

September 1, ,2020

Dear Patients, Friends, and Families,

During these uncertain times, our team at Natick Dental Partners is comforted by the opportunity to provide the same high quality dental care that we have brought to the community for over four decades... in spite of the world-wide pandemic! While we have resumed a majority of our standard scheduling practices, unfortunately we still do have many patients to contact whose appointments were canceled due to both the mandatory state-wide shutdown in March, as well as restrictions regarding the care we were permitted to provide throughout the initial phases of reopening. If you have missed our call or not received a return call from NDP and would like to schedule a dental appointment, please give us a ring and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You will find that we have refined our arrival and check in process to accommodate measures that will help to keep you, your family, and our team as safe as possible. Because individually screening each of our patients for COVID-19 takes a few moments, we ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to the start of your appointment, which will be confirmed in advance by our front desk team. Arriving at the requested time will help to get you approved to enter the building and allow our Greeters enough time to get you seated by your scheduled appointment time. We also ask that you follow instructions while you are waiting to be called in for your appointment. Our team is working very hard every day to maintain the standards of care that we have established for you, and we do appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Soon you will begin to receive an email from us prior to your appointment, which will include the instructions below as well as the appropriate digital form(s) that coordinate with your visit. This paperwork includes necessary information required for your upcoming appointment, and we ask that you complete it as soon as possible upon receipt. If we all work together, this new process will shorten your wait time and ensure that we can complete your appointment successfully, limiting the exchange of paper and face to face contact in our office

“Please review carefully, as your cooperation is requested to support our new check-in process at Natick Dental Partners. All forms we send to you via email must be completed at home prior to your dental appointment.

Due to COVID-19, we only permit one guardian to accompany patients under 10 years to their appointment. Children older than 10 years must enter the building unaccompanied, unless the dentist has provided consent prior to the appointment. All patients under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at the door to check in for their appointment.

Everyone entering the building must wear a mask, pass our wellness screening and temperature check, and adhere to social distancing guidelines. Please do not enter the building unless you have completed your screening and are asked to enter. You will receive a confirmation text message from us 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This message will be sent only to the primary phone number that we have on file.

When you arrive to your appointment:

  1. Please wait in your vehicle while you respond to the text message you received.
  2. Press 5, then send.
  3. If you have not received a text message and/or are unable to text, please call us at (508) 653-2417 when you arrive in the parking lot.
  4. We will text or call you when it is time to approach the front door.

You may want to save this message for reference if you are visiting us for the first time using our new system. We look forward to seeing you and your family soon!”
